Flutter is a program in development, but introducing a future where you control your PC without using your hands. Or rather, using hands, but without touching anything. Do you follow?

Ok, well now you'll understand: Flutter is magical, almost, because you can control some of your programs simply gesturing in the air with your hands. And how is that possible? The "secret" Flutter mechanism is the use of the webcam. Which programs does Flutter work with? With audio and video playback: like Spotify, QuickTime, VLC and iTunes.
